Beverly Smart offers a collection of contemporary and stylish womenswear.  Beverly grew up within a tradition of couture and fashion, and in 1992 her passion for fabrics and love affair with clothes resulted in the first of her commercial collections. Her style is contemporary and timeless; always elegant and simple.  Beverly continues to base herself at her studio boutique in Lagrasse. She designs and makes the entire collection in her studio drawing on her love of clean lines and order, simplicity and understatement, to create a unique collection of highly wearable clothes. She chooses her fabrics with care, specialising in natural fabrics like linen and pure wool. Her love of bias cut brings out the best in her fabrics, using their natural qualities to create the movement and silhouette that has come to mark her designs. It is Beverly's ability to combine unique designs with high quality materials and her own workmanship that makes her clothes a must for the discerning woman looking for stylish, handmade designer wear.

As a compliment to her clothing range, Beverly travels to Cape Town in South Africa each winter where she sources and selects her range of accessories. She works with the female township groups in and around Cape Town which are all run along the Fair Trade guidelines; she also works with local designers, sourcing either directly from their own ranges or working alongside them to develop ideas of her own.
