Flat disc necklace in metallic effect artisanal paper

These long necklaces are made from metallic aspect paper. Surprisingly strong, they are made using two thicknesses of paper sandwiched around a third woven fabric layer to give strength, and then finished with a matt varnish.

Inspired by nature, Ana, the artist, plays with paper to create volumes and shapes, attracted to this material because of its many textures, celebrating its ephemeral and tactile qualities.
