We have a wholesale jewellery range. Please email us for our wholesale pricelist and catalogue.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within France, and we ask for a contribution for the rest of the world. Our prices do not include sales tax or customs duties outside France.
- What shipping methods are available?
Orders are shipped by insured registered post .
- When will I receive my order?
Some of the products are made to order. We are a very small team and take extra special care with each order we receive, so please be patient so we can ensure your order arrives safely with you.
Shipping time will vary depending on where you are located.

You can pay online and your purchase will be reserved for you at the Lagrasse store until you can come by and collect it.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days from receipt, for refund or exchange. Please notify us before returning your purchase. Worn items will not be accepted.
We will process a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs. For returns from outside France, customs duties and sales tax are also non-refundable.
- What if my item arrives damaged?
If the item arrives damaged or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by email along with a photo of the damaged item (for insurance purposes), quoting your order number.
We will process a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the returned item, exclusive of delivery costs.
For returns from outside France, customs duties and sales tax are also non-refundable.
