RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Each piece is individually handmade, and no two items are exactly alike. These slight variations contribute to the authenticity and uniqueness of every product.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item or before it is dispatched, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please notify BEVERLY SMART by email of your decision to cancel. Once confirmed, you may return the item unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your BEVERLY SMART purchase, you may return it unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please notify BEVERLY SMART by email of your intention to return the item.
If the item is returned because it was damaged, please notify BEVERLY SMART by email within 48 hours of receipt, including a photo of the damaged item.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be sent via tracked postal service.
- Returned items remain the responsibility of the buyer until received by BEVERLY SMART.
- Your exchange or refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Returns Outside the European Union
For returns from outside the European Union, customs duties and VAT are non-refundable.
